After spending a month with a new baby in NICU, I needed sleep. Billie was great to coordinate with me to arrive after my older twins went to sleep in order to not disrupt their bedtime. She knew exactly what to do with my preemie and I felt completely safe with her watching him overnight so this tired mommy could get some much-needed sleep.
