We connected with Billie about a month before my due date. I immediately liked her direct and helpful persona. We invited her to the hospital to meet our little one on day 1 and when she offered to come back the next day to help assist our family to get home from the hospital. As our time continued, I found this helpfulness to continue and as a new mom, I really appreciated that.
